TS4N Clutch bell ringing sound?

TS4N Clutch bell ringing sound? - 
. I will be getting some new ones hopefully 2morrow....but thats not why im posting, i went to check the car to see if it still turns on, it did which i wasnt really doubting but the thing is that the clutch bell is making a ringing sound....when i put my fingure on it, it stops...and another thing is that the clutch is trying to engage when i'm not giving it any throttle at all, the revs are really low (low enuf that it still idles). before the crash it always spun backwards bcoz of the vibrations...
