LEO isn't the most popular brand engine out there, but I have a .61 I'm putting in an Extra 300S. Does anyone know where I can get the pitts, bisson, etc style turn down muffler for it? I'm not sure if the OS .61 pitts muffler will work. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Rob

You sure about that? The engine case is different. I bought a Dave Brown mount for the O.S. 61FX to mount the LEO, but it was too small...I had to end up buying a two piece universal mount.

The OS Pitts should fit. If you have doubts, measure the distance from center to center on the bolt holes on the engine, then measure the distance center to center on the muffler. If they are the same, it will fit.

One other thing. Match the muffler up to the exhaust port on the engine to insure there is not excess material blocking the exhaust. If there is, see my post in Tips for muffler extensions about removal of the excess material.
