Hi Jim, - I think that is the the Great Planes Stearman arf with a fox 2.4 - it flew very well.

Ah, the Super Stearman, I hadn't realized how similar they look, especially in that perspective and marking;

Not to mention a real treat this year.......

Two real life TOP GUN's showed up! No kidding....... they had the hats and everything!

We received some real insight into the preparation it takes to put on a Top Gun style performance as the second photo shows the mental "Pre-flight" work that goes into a quality flight.

If they where doing the preflight for the 2006 nats..they would have been on a 45deg on one foot from the high winds..LOL
