I have a couple of questions regarding oil percentages. I have some fuel that is 20% nitro and 18% oil. The synthetic/castor ratio is 95/5. How much oil per quart will it take to bring the oil content up to 20%? The oil I plan on adding is castor, so what will the synthetic/castor be after I've added the castor? Finally, what will this bring the nitro content down to?

Status: offline 		Just to make sure I have no misunderstanding. All percentages are based on volume, rather than on weight. Please confirm that I have to disregard the fact that oil is a bit lighter than other components and use percentage of gallons for the mix.

Status: online 		Fuel is always mixed by volume but it can be confusing when the Americans talk about x ounces of oil etc. It took me about a year to figure out they used a liquid volume called ounces

The numbers I used are fluid ounces.
