I had an old bung laying around from a totaled sulivan tank, took a round bottle I found and cut the neck off to the point the bung just slid in. Turned the locking screw and had a new tank just the right size. A little thought will get you there.

Hey guys,

Try the True Value stores. I get mine there by the case. No surprise, since I build for sale.

OMG! You just don`t know how lucky you all are!!! I just might be the only spadder in Norway. Nobody carries canadian gutterpipe. Actually nobody carries Coroplast either. Yardsticks??? forget it. My coro sources? Every spring, there`s a traveling circus passing by, and their signs are made of coro. So i sneak out at night...once a year and harvest. Canadian gutterpipe would reqire traveling to canada, and that is not the spad way, is it? Fold coro, then you have a square pipe. It may not be canadian, and it might not be gutter, but a pipe it is. Spad with what you can get, if in Malaysia, use malaysian gutterpipe!

Go to an Agway store. They can order the 2.5 inch sq vinyl downspout from thier catalog. A 10 foot piece is about $14. No shipping charge if sent to store for pickup. The Agway people are usually very nice.

I made one plane using Canadian gutter pipe for the fuselage. After I built a SPAD3DT I decided that aluminum was the way to go. My plane at
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7019698/tm.htm uses 1/16" thick X 1" square aluminum tubibg for the fuselage and 1/16" thick X 3/4" aluminum angle, both available at stores like Lowe"s Home Improvement. The Canard in my avatar to the left of this page uses the square aluminum.

Don't forget your local ACE hardware stores and dollar stores for bats they work well also.

Yes dear, I did glue my hand to the airplane to keep from dropping it.
