Motorworks makes a seawolf and a connecticut. Its the same sub only different colors/markings. The LA class is a modified sub you might have seen of the same. It has sail fins.
27mhz is said to penetrate the water better. If your going below 3 feet, I highly recommend you GE Silicone II, RTV the receiver, the motors and the hoses...all around them. You can get the sealant at home depot or lowes. Get a caulk gun (cheap version) and caulk some out on a piece of cardboard. Then take a small firm brush and paint over everything I indicated with the silicone.
I also recommend the transmitter and receiver antennae mods which you will find those on these sub threads....

I've only seen the LA Class a few times or so. Its fully modified, but about 150.00 bucks. If you can do it yourself obviously you have saved a great deal of money.

Hi guys,

In my opinion:

Aesthetics wise: I really like the L.A. Class subs. The Seawolf class looks great too but that spherical nose cone just kills off the look.

Performance wise: I've never tried or owned any of these subs, so the least I can say is: modifications can make all the difference.
