my battery charges to 1 hr to 1 hr 45 mins depending on the mAh on battery. The charger turns off if already charge the light turn green. and the battery is not even hot but colder than outside temperate. lipo are suppose to be cool when charging if hot something wring with the lipo need to buy new one

That is incorrect, a lipo batter should be warm (depending on the rate of which you charge at).
If your charging at a slow rate of 300mah then it wont get warm at all. But at the rate of 1A it should. Depends of how much of a discharge/charge rate of which your charging at.

Hello Guys.. Fecomosis is correct that the battery does get warm depending on the rate of charge the lipo is getting. I have done chares at rate of (0.8,1,1.3A) and on different types and brand of lipo battery. it does get warm but not too warm.. I have posted the simple temp graph i had for 3 types of battery all charged at 1.3A balanced per cel

start temp is room temp.
