I have a P-3 800 MHz 256 RAM w/onboard video and sound.

I just got my G2 today and was woundering what to get for a video card that is not going to break the bank.

nvidea Gforce is the better card to have
I have a Dell Insiron laptop with the Geforce4 440 Go
32 meg video ram its awsome.
i have everthing turned on in game.
of course the laptop is a 2.0ghz with 512 meg ram too.

A cheap nvidea Gforce TWO will do just fine. Heck I think there about 38 bucks now if you can find one. maybe on ebay, thats where I got mine.

I would not go any lower than a G-Force 2, but for a couple bucks extra you can get a G-Force 3 or 4. I would say with NVidia, but thats just my opinion. ATI based boards are good to, just had a problem with one and now I don't buy them.

It was a Radeon when they first went to 64meg of memory. Had it for about 4 months and it quit working.

It's a done deal..................GeForce MX440-SE with 64 Ram.
Ouch! $95.00 at the local computer store. Did not want to wait
for UPS.

Works like a champ and what a great way to learn to fly. The graphics are to cool. And thanks again to all that partisipated.
