I think you are talking about the new 3pks
It has more features and other stuff

Status: online 		Different buttons and menu layout for the new 3pks. Vibration alert. Other than that it's pretty much the same. (No important features added)

Status: offline 		Futaba will only Repair the Magnum versions in the US, the Mega Tech version will need to be shipped back to asia fpr warranty work.

Status: offline 		All 3PK in america are Magnums, whether black or titanuim color

Magnum titanium and black are both the same except that black has a different steering wheel and has a synthesized transmitter module and synthesized receiver.
Titanium does not have synth.

The 3PK Megatech, I think, also come in titanium and black trims as well. I like megatech's AA batt tray (I bought one online for my magnum). The AA batt tray is a great backup for when the NiCad one runs low.
