Also, tamiya exp., I would invest in the aluminum racing steering assembly, the stock unit is very shaky.

I know, I have my eye on the yeahracing one sinc it is complete. Tamiya sells it in two packages

Ya, not to mention tamiya's is like 50 bucks for 3 pieces and a couple bearings But it's nice stuff. Looking at my old tower history it says they gave me my rising storm for 20 cents...odd...my mom must've kept the other hundred and 3 bucks lol

Not by much so yur ok. My pede came in...dissapointed. The idler is already clicking, the motor is dead/overgeared, it was missing a wheel nut, spring retainer, and chrystal. The truck itself is in pretty good shape, but the motor and stuff sucks.

In the auction it said that it was missing xtals. You have to expect that stuff isn't going to work, but the guy shouldv'e said that most of the other stuff was broken too.

Ya, I knew about the xtals and had them on order before it even shipped. I left neutral feedback as his shipping was amazing(4 days from cali to ct) so he must've payed a little, but all the other stuff was either hidden or not mentioned in the auction. You can almost call his statement "it runs" a lie. All and all, I'm taking out the electronics in the df-02 until I get a new chassis, and putting then in the pede...way to bloiw the idler bad.
