Well just when I thought I had the sticky collective fixed it happened again. Heli just rocketed UP when the hub finally unstuck. After lubing everything and checking all settings I decided to take the centre hub apart even though it looked straight as an arrow. Well it wasnt, It had such a slight bend it wasnt visibly noticable but when I worked it by hand I could feel that it was sticking. I already had a spare hub in stock so I put it on and INSTANTLY noticed the difference. Not only did it feel 100% more free than the old 1 but it now lifts 100% better as well.

So the moral of this story is When you seem to be having problems with sticky collective pitch dont dismiss the centre hub just because it LOOKS ok. Check it by feel, and not just by twisting the blade grips because theyll easily twist even with some sticking because of the force of twisting them by hand. You need to take apart the hub and check it by sliding it free of all other parts.
