Status: online 		If anyone would know about ys engines, a pattern guy would know. Do most of you use tuned pipes for your engines? I am looking for a source for an exhaust for a 120 ys that I plan on putting in a cg untimate. Also is there any series of this engine to shy away from. I have seen so many different ones it is almost confusing.

Status: offline 		Slimline makes a Pitts style muffler that is custom made for the CG Ultimate and a YS 120-140:

There are also some good looking mufflers here:

under 4-stroke mufflers.

The YS 140 L is a little bit of a shaker, other than that, YS are great engines.

Status: offline 		Jeff if you want to stay on the low end price tower hobbies has one for $29 + shipping that the ding with them. Cheif Aircraft carries the same one. I am in the same boat looking for one Bought a flex header on E bay but be careful there they crack easy may get stuck with a piece of junk someone trying to off. good luck. Steve

Status: offline 		most people over here use a pipe... a tuned pipe on a 4 stroke just makes it really quiet, it does just about nothing to increase the power.
