It looks like I can get it for about $10 a sheet 62.5 cm X 80cm. If I can order enough I'll get the price down. One sheet will build a SukaLyn or will build 2 And Nows or 1 1/2 Drenalyns. We will be kitting the SukaLyn for $50. That will be the Depron with parts traced on, a constuction CD with pics and all the hardware hand built.

you can always go to a hobby lobby type craft store or an office max and buy foam board. I recommend the craft store, foam board is very expensive at office stores. Soak the foamboard for 24hrs then peel the paper off and there's your depron

I have tried that, done that but the foam board foam is a lot more flimsy then the true Depron for the same thickness of foam. The black posterboard was better than the white but was still no where near as stiff as true Depron.

Yes,

A SukaLyn built from Fanfold weighed twice as much as one from Depron. Fanfold is great for electic pizza-boxes but he SukaLyn is too big. Depron is still the best answer. I don't mind paying a bit more to get a foam that is light and strong and stiff.
