Is Marysville, WA close enough? Peel-it raceway is an awesome facility. Even if you don't race, you could go there one day and find out where the basher's hang out. While you're there, run the track a bit. Its fun!

It can't be more than an hour and a half... Lots of Canadians come down for the races. Go to the RC Tech forums and go to the NW Racers forum. Post the question there because some of the Canadian guys hang there. Maybe you could get a car pool going. I think one of the guys that comes down lives near Horshoe Bay. Are you farther north than that? You live in Squamish or something?

20min that's all?? That's a stones throw away
Don't be afraid to venture out. So far this year I've raced at 12 different tracks in 4 states and 4 different providence's of Ontario Canada..... this year is far from over

The closest off-road track for me is a 50 min drive. The farthest track I have been to this year was in Wenatchee - a 7 hour drive. Of course that was for a 2 day race, but it was still quite the drive. I wish I only had to drive 20 mins to get to the track!

Part of the fun of racing is getting to travel far and see a bunch of great guys you only get to see a few times a year.
