Status: offline 		im trying to take the video of the tape in my video camra. i got 3 pics in my gallery. i have a ipc (usb) interface cable. it does have a memory card but i cant even transfer vids from that. (but for some reason i can from my phone) plz help (its a samsung digi camcorder

Status: offline 		Did you get any software with the camera? Some of the samsungs record in a format that isn't recognized by other software. Image mixer is the only program that can see my lil samsung.

but thats not the problem the problem is i cant TRANSFER the video files off the tape

Status: offline 		I would start by uninstalling the software (DV media?). And then reinstall it according to the directions. Make sure your anti-virus software is OFF and that no scanners/ cameras etc are plugged into a USB port.
