CT420, Congrats on your new purchase. I'm sure you will be pleased with the Falcon, and awed at the power compared the the CP. First time I spooled it up, it got me a little nervous with the power it has. I'm taking it slow, I'm old too. Reflexes aren't what they use to be. Helpful Tip: I know you'll be anxious to charge the battery and take that first test flight. While the battery is charging, take the blades off and balance them. Check every screw, nut and bolt and make sure everything is tight. (The screws were loose on mine, that hold the tail boom to the main frame.) Put the training gear on, at least until you feel comfortable with the new power it has. POWER UP: It's different than the CP with the green light arming. Turn on TX, plug in battery to the heli.. You will get 1 audible beep, then about a 4 second pause(seems like forever), four more beeps and then a red light will come on, in the head holding gyro. Another short pause, and then 1 final beep.. Then it's armed and ready to go. On take off, it jumps left somewhat more than the CP, I use between 1/4 or even 1/2 stick right, on the right stick. Just take your time on the maiden flight. Any questions, just PM me. Good luck,,, oh one more thing. (I gotta keep pace with Dave!) I am now a happy home owner, I paid off my house about 2 months ago. Well, no more escrow for property takes and home owner insurance. Now I have to pay for it myself. Yea, you may have guessed. My property taxes and home owner insurance are due next month. Also, I retired in 1996, but still work, just something to do. And I have to pay quarterly state taxes, also due next month. Total will set me back about 2 1/2 grand. Sooo, I think your going to surpass me in a short go. It's just that I'll have to start budgeting for next year. Best of luck, Dave / Choppersrule
