Sorry guys. I just ran across this thread and enjoyed reading through all the post from the beginning. I was so engrossed with everybodys posts, I didn't look at the date. I'm sure the problem is already solved by now, so excuse the excited post below. I have a AMD 2500 with CPU clock running at 1800, an nVidia MX440, 1GB ram, and the sim I use works great. I can set the video for high performance and the screen gets a little bit of noise but it is very acceptable. I can set the video for high quality and the screen gets a little jumpy just once in a while. The sim I use is FS One. If it were me, I would certainly try the sim with your MX4000 card first. It just might be acceptable. It is always better to have more ram though. If you expand your ram, make sure that your MOB can take advantage of dual channel ram. It makes things fly a whole lot faster. my2cents Bill quote:
ORIGINAL: choppersrule Crash, I've got a Dell Computer, about 3 years old.. 2.0 gig clock, 512 meg ram, nvida mx4000 video card. Think that would be enough, or do I have to buy a new computer too? Thanks, Dave / Choppersrule
