Psikelly,
Hmmmmmm, what did you order and will receive in 3 or 4 days.
Hmmmmmm, you know I always have an ace up my sleeve.
Hmmmmmm, it could be. It may be.. Hmmmm, I got it, I got it, it's a Blade CP Belt Drive upgrade and a auto rotation gear. And for kickers, just may, just maybe a brushless motor..
I'm sure about the Belt Drive.
Pretty good huh, had the Capt'n's help,
Dave / Choppersrule
PS.... I got this smaller box just today. I know the Fedex and UPS guys by first name.

LOL Hey man nice heli. Is that RTF?? and where did you order it from??
Naw my box isnt anything near as exciting as your guesses lol Just the super landing gear, jumbo heat sinnk and that shiny blue CNC swashplate.(hangs head in shame)
I actually busted my boom right in half today bein a knob again and trying a pihrouette in the basement.
Im still in limbo about the brushless setup. If I got a CP Pro it would be brushless ready, but Im not even good enough yet to need that kind of performance. I just have this indescribable need to Hop up all my RC lol

Hi Fellas, (Psikelly, I'm gonna be serious on this post, no laughing)
Here's the scoop on the Falcon 3D. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purchased at Hobby-Lobby.com.
Cost $299 plus 7 bucks shipping.
It is ready to fly out of the box, no assembly required.. Like a lot of them, need batteries for the TX.
It's suggested to take the blades off and balance them. Also, I checked every screw, nut and bolt on the Falcon, found 3 screws very loose. Always, always, check everything on a new heli before first flight.
It is a lot bigger than the Blade CP. ======================================================================================
Size of the heli.. almost a dead ringer of the T-rex.
Main Blades: T-rex 25.19 inches, Falcon 25.25 inches.
Overall length: T-rex 24 inches, Falcon 23 3/4 inches. ====================================================================================== It comes with a 1300 mAh battery and a plug in wall charger. The stock battery gives you about 7 minutes of flight. So, I purchased a Thunder Power 2100 mAh battery, it's a tight fit but works fine. Now get about 15 minutes of flight, and that's plenty for me.
It has direct tail drive, conical gears. ======================================================================================
I was able to fly it out of the box, after checking everything and making some trim adjustments.
The initial spool up was almost scary compared to the CP, the power is awesome.
The transmitter is almost like a toy, however, it works very well. ======================================================================================
If anyone has anymore questions on the Falcon, PM me, I don't always check the new threads. Not enough time in the day.

Heh guys,
Forgot to mention,, the head holding gyro is an awesome experience. The tail is superbly stable. I broke one of the main blades, and thought I've give it a bench test with the main blades off. I was ready for the tail to start spinning around and had my hand on the tail boom. You may have guessed it, with the head holding gyro activated, it just sat there with NO spinning at all, I was impressed.

Dude thats a sweet lookin heli. I said this once before somewhere but every time I leave my LHS I have to talk myself out of getting that MX400. I think its just the idea of getting a new toy lol
So what are the parts availability on that heli at your LHS?? Thatd really suck to have to wait for parts. Then again youre already in the U.S. so I guess the wait isnt as long as it would be for me here in Canada. I ordered that stuff from helidirect today. Aluminum swash, jumbo heatsink and the superlanding gear. I think it was $60 U.S. and I chose to have it shipped to me within 5 days but had to pay 18 bucks U.S. to do it. so all in all its about 95 bucks or so Canadian. But I also cant find super gear here in Canada so its worth it to me
