This is intelligent balanced Li-poly Battery charger, which can charger up to 4S LIPO battery packs by 4 individual separated charging units, and 1-9 cells series Ni-MH with Delta Peak Detector
The charge current and cut-off voltage are adjustable according to your setting
The LCD display is the most accurate charging status indicator.
It's very high quality Li-poly battery charger.

Can this charge a single 4S pack with each cell being charged seperately while the pack is still hooked in series?

Yes, the charger can charge a single 4S pack with each cell being charged seperately while the pack is still hooked in series.

And the LCD will show each cell's Voltage and charging current, and the total voltage.
