They are hpi 8 spokes and proline road rages. I can definitly tell the weight difference from the stock wheels. No more wheelies.

They look nice, but I guess I won't be getting a set, I love wheelies

You could probaly gear it down a couple teeth for wheelies.

If I were to mount two of these heat sinks with cooling fans, how should I wire the fans? Just solder some leads to one of the main batteries, or what?
Also what do you think of these cooling fans?

thats a tuffy, 1. it will wheelie stock, and the hpi wheelie bar fits, just u need a slight mod. 2. i know u can plug in one fan in the the esc, but i think if u wired up the fans to one motor it will be able to run it.

now u may ask whet plug on the esc, its covered up by the sticker

this is the stock esc

this is my old e-zilla esc

after u pop the hole in the sticker u will see it.

Thanks, I would have never known there was a fan receptacle. So I am guessing that receptacle is for a cooling fan for the esc. I will probably need that for when I upgrade my motors to keep the esc cool. So I guess I will wire up some speed connectors for the fans to each battery. Or maybe I could just use 9v batteries. Or some small receiver battery packs. That might be better since I could recharge them. Rechargable 9v are expensive.

I have seen it go both ways, either for the esc or the motors, but those fans are made to plug into ur receiver, i know it sounds strange, but when the esc is plugged in, it give power to the battery slot allowing it to run fans, so if u wires them into one plug u should be able to put it all on the receiver, I'm gonna see if i can find any more info on the fans.

What kind of connecter do you use to plug a fan into the esc? The hidden spot.

Thats what I meant
Hows it going pythonfan?
I am still waiting on my Castle BEC to get here. Tower just got them back in stock. I am hoping it will help my esc from going into thermal shutdown
I am also still waiting on my 30wt shock oil to put in my new Integy piggy back shocks. They fit perfect. I bought them on ebay directly from Integy on ebay.
