Now you just step up to that wife of yours and calmly and politely let her know who's the boss around there. When she looks you in the eye and says she is, do like I do and say, yes, Dear.

With the 1.80, which is a lot more power than you will need for anything, you may end up placing a rudder servo in the tail. Moving a few things around prior to their installation after insatlling the engine will tell you for certain. There's too many battery and component weight and positioning variables to say for certain until it's in front of you.

As far as the wife / girlfriends go... a wise old man once told me --

It's always easier to get forgiven than it is to get permission.

I understand far better than many the wisdom in that sage advice.

I'm out of West Palm Beach -- the RC Bush Pilots field. I see you're in Lake Butler? Didn't know where that was until I just saw on the Google maps. I've got most of my family in and around Gainesville and some in Jacksonville, but I've never done any flying in either location.

I was thinking of the YAK for my 160 FX, but today I'm thinking the baby edge. THat's a good motor for this plane, right?

Would a Saito 1.50 be underpowered for the Baby Edge? I have to replace a recently departed plane that my 1.50 was on. I cannot seem to find anyone flying one with a 1.50 so that probably is not a good sign. Please keep in mind that I would like to be able to do some 3D with it, and have some verticle pull-out.

I think the Saito 1.50 will be excellent.

No. It was on a Mayhem 3D, and I think it weighed in around 9 lbs. I was running a 17x6 APC. Would that still be the best prop for desired thrust and speed?
