I used it on seperate occasions and now when it reaches its limit for top end it wants do quit.If i don't back off the throttle it will stall.I have no manual for ajusting the .15 pull start,i live in up state PA,tempratures around 70 humitity at 53.Thanks

your hsn is prolly too rich, you cant tune these engines and let them run like that all the time, they require tuning every time you get them out

I agree , with these little motors it seems temp,humidity ect. affect it alot more . Does the motor "clean out ? Or does it rev up and then begin to bog down at high revs ? Have you checked the plug ? Are you always running at the stock setting on the carb ? (3 turns out) if so I have found that to be way too rich , try leaning it out 1/8 to 1/4 turn and see if that helps .
