hey, I'm sure theres a thread on this somewhere but I don't have all day to look thru here so...

Check out my attachment, I'd like to duplicate (best I can) that paint job onto a 1/12 scale BoLINK Digger. Any tips on this? I've got the "Iguana" logo part taken care of but it looks like I've got a pin striping Nightmare (I don't have much luck with R/C bodys painted more then one color).

Also, is there any way I can get rid of that hideous engine that sticks out of the Digger's hood?

Thanks

i'm not completely sure if this will work on a beetle body because of the odd curves, but wut u need is like 5 mm tape, and just tape off the stripes, then paint everythin else the solid color, if done correctly, the stripes should be clear at this point, so simply respray wit the color of ur choice, and u should be fine
