What governs how fast you go in electic cars are the engine and esc's and the ammount of electricity you get to them and the gearing of course. I have read from several sources with the mamba competion-x package(a brushless motor and esc) and a three cell Lipo battery will get you right arround 60mph with stock gearing. The price of the mamba package is right arround $150.00, and about $150.00 for a good three cell lipo battery and charger.

I was so going to get a MINI-T after I heard how fun they are and how fast they can go with upgrades.. But I decided to just get a JR XS3 for my MT2 18ss.. Many people say these little things lift at around 60mph....
