Hello Everyone,
As I promised you, here are the pics that I got from Quique 10 minutes ago. Quique says this is an outstanding airplane. It came out at 16.25 lbs with canisters and nickel metal batteries. Snap rolls are phenomenal, more stable at low speed, harrier are hands free with zero wing rocking. Flat spins are the best. Top speed is great. It sound very nice with the cans. 22x8 prop and tons of power. Header is MTW 1" drop and MTW canister all standard. Nothing cut standard length!
Well, I guess this would make a good Xmas gift for you One note to make here is that production will have clear canopy so your pilot can see better when you are flying
Thank you, Reza Gholamipour Quique's Aircraft Support

Reza,
I got to see this plane when Quique was building it and I was very impressed! Do you know his exact setup: motor, servo's, etc.? I want to start buying equipment now to spread out the bills.
Thanks.
P-Man

Hi P-Man,
Engine: DA 50 Servos: 8611a
He set it up exactly how he's 85" was set up. You can download the manual for the 85" and see more details. However this plane doesn't need the Du-Bro hardware. Comes with everything you need.

I was told this would cost the same as the previous one, well wait and see. Also i was more of a fan of the old color scheme compared to this newer one. Any chances of producing the original scheme for this 86". Dont get me wrong the only thing that is not to my taste is the top of the wing scheme the rest looks awesome. Does it come with CF wingtube? cf tail tube? Fiberglass Undercarrage? Also i have been speaking to Molly at QQ, and i was wondering what are the chances of getting one of these 86" QQ Yaks directly airshipped from the factory, as for the Aussie distributor said they wont get them till next year

As far as price goes it is not determined yet because this plane will not need any hardware. Comes with everything you need. Yes, it does come with CF tubes.
Thank you, Reza

watched quique fly this plane today and it flys very nice. It looks alot bigger than it is. It almost looks the same size as some of the 100cc planes from a distance. Also the covering scheme looks great.

do you think the covering scheme looks better, maybe we need some better high resolution pics, as i just cant decide if this is an improvement in the color scheme or not? I like it but im sitting on the fence, no doubt i will buy one i cant wait

I like it alot better than the purple and I'm undecided whether I like it better than the original red scheme. It still looks very nice, I think he's just made it look a little more like the brio.

I always like to be honest to you Quique as you are to us ....
This scheme ROCKS! Its the scheme I liked when someone painted a 3W Yak 150cc exactly as this!
Excellent choice!
As part of this tbh I didn't like the scheme of the new Yak 73" as I have the 72" and I still like the red scheme and also I'm an owner of the 102" also...
