Okay Guys, Just came back from a great day of flying and I wanted to post an update. I went down to Joe Nall last weekend and was surprised to see Dan Spears from RC Guys with a booth. Spent some time talking with him and he was surprised that my Pitts was climbing so much with throttle. He suggested that I check the incidences again. So, when I got back home I put the plane together and carefully checked all of the incidences and the lower wing had about 2 degrees of negative incidence. The tail was at zero and the upper wing was at zero. When I put built the plane the wing fit the saddle great but the dowels didn't match the holes in the former, so I moved the holes. Now I went back to the original hole locations and reshaped the saddle to get the wing back to a zero incidence. Flew the plane for the first time today and the climbing problem is gone completely. The plane is much easier to fly smoothly, uplines and downlines are straighter. I also took a good bit of throw out of the rudder, just didn't need it, and added more throw to the elevator. I didn't measure yet but I will tomorrow. I had so much fun with the plane today that I ran a whole gallon of fuel thru it. James
