Nah, just old and experienced. I learned a lot of lessons about women from my first wife. She was a looker but it took a lot of money to keep her looking good. New clothes (constantly) and make-up plus having to have a decent ride to do her shopping in wasn't cheap.
The current one is low maintenance, blue jeans, t-shirts and doesn't have to paint her face.

LOL then when you do have a nice ride, there are the girls who turn around and say you are overcompensating for something you are lacking..

As far as RC and girl's, my fiance now has a Half 8 and TC3, she wasn't into it before. And she bailed on her crappy little Integra to get a Mustang, so she's pretty cool in my book.

As far as girl's and real car's... It's nice to think that they really are interested in your personality, but I've had more than one girl turn up her nose at me, then have a sudden change of attitude when she see's my car. It is true however, that the car is only an ice breaker, you still need some personality, and on the flip side, some girl's assume I have an ego problem because I have nice car's.

Yeah I am, the frame gave it away. I have a Jeep Rubicon, but I started out with a 49 CJ2B. I thought the Land Rover's had aluminum tub's? What happened to your's? Trust me dude, you'll get alot more satisfaction out of building your own ride, and earning it than the rich kid's do from the mommy-bought car's. Not to mention, you'll know every part on it, and every corner cut (if you cut any) if there's ever any problem's. But most importantly, it'll be truly your's.
