Sometimes I have the same problem. This happens when I just turn it on. I have a dynamite failsafe and when I turn on the switch, the light does not come on, but I can move my steering servo but not my throttle. The only way I can cure this is by removing the connector from the receiver and then plugging it back in. Then the green light comes back on again. This doesn't happen all the time, but everytime it does I have to open the radio box. I don't know if this resets the failsafe or not. I have no idea why it does this. And yes, I am using new batteries.
