Kinda looks photopshopped but everything looks so matched it almost doesn't. Only part that looks fishy to me is the all grey background.

Lets put it this way...The sight i frequent is called screamandfly.com....Its a fast big boat sight so that should tell you how the pic came to be......

It's a real shot for sure. It happened last year at the Gold Cup race in Detroit. The boat not only went airborne but did a complete more than 360 loop in the air starting to go up again before coming back down tail first.
I'm going to have to move this soon to the full-sized boat forum as it isn't really R/C-related. I can leave a link in here to the thread though.

It's fake there's no spay in the water were the hull would have exited a got airborn. Saw that same boat in a different pic in the same position with the actual backround
