Does any of you have experience with this servos?
I notice from the picture that the gears are made of plastic.
I know some plastic are very tough, but are they tough enough for my Evo 90?

Tower pro servos work fine for their price, but their resolution isn't very good in my experience. I know it doesn't say it in that ad, but Tower Pro is the manufacturer of those servos (atleast, the brand name that they slap on it )

They work well in planes where precision isn't so important. But for a helicopter, i'd use something a bit higher in quality.

Note that I am basing this information off of tower pro's micro servos, as i've never used the bigger servos, they may be just fine.
In my experience, though, the servos are excellent for the money, but they're just not as smooth in their movement as the better quality hitec or futaba servos. I can only assume their bigger ones are the same.

Why take a chance with a 90 size heli. Get some high end Futaba or JR servos. I'd say at minimum Futaba 9252 or JR 8311 and stonger would be better. It may be too late for the heli if you find that the servos were not good enough.
