ORIGINAL: pittss3s Chad, Back on page 14 of this thread I have my method of balancing the brute, I am pleased with the way it handles. On takeoff make sure you feed in the power slowly (because of torque) and don't haul it off (high speed stall) . Fly it off nice and smooooooth. Make sure the control throws are right out of the book, use some expo on the elevator as pitch is sensitive, I think I used 40% but suit yourself. Again don't worry about the weight, if balanced right it will fly great. regards: Jim I agree with Jim.It is pitch sensitive. On my maiden flight,I noticed it. Im used to flying aerobatic planes,so I need to reteach myself to fly Warbirds. You cant just cut the power and glide in for a landing. I had a little more then 40% and I think it was to much for me. It felt like I had to really move the stick then it was porpusing(SP) on me. I think I posted a video of my maiden in theis thread.. My CG was also about 1/8 behind what the manual called for. I already had a few or 5lbs of lead on the cowl. I need to get made a weight to go onto the prop hub so the weight is way out onto the front of the plane, then i can take some weight out of the cowl.. Cya, Frank
