Yeah its got to be your meshing. I went completely thru my menace and no problems yet. Also any thought on the revo pipe? I got one and would like to know before i try it.

Well then check for slop in your clutch bell it may have bad bearings in it. You'll have to inspect it since we can't but it still sounds like a mesh issue if the engine is just a little crooked the mesh will be off.

hi i live near you and meshing is were you have to position the engiene in the right place so the gears do not strip.do u go on menace on bolton car park at stadium?

i was thinking of putting the O.S. 21VZ-B V-Spec AL in a menace and seeing what it would do. im thinking 76 mph =)

on the subject of engine replacemen,try a rb 523 for a revo ,it has the small block mounting holes in the block comes with header and pipe easy to tune

Thought I'd bring this thread back around. I hit a wall doing 55 with mine and just finished rebuilding it last month. Still tuning it right now, but I love this truck!

I have actually gotten out of the RC Life due to not having any time. The free time I get I spend riding the bikes. I think I am going to sell all of my Menace stuff if anyone is interested...

how did you apply it to you car,

did you use the alu small part aswell, or do you only need the large plastic dirt cover?

I tried different things, but not really getting sure by myself!
