Status: offline 		I have a standard regulator for my ignition should i be using the one for ignition whats the difference?

Either one is acceptable. The Ignition Regular was developed as a cheaper alternative to our adjustable regulator. Since most igntions work just fine on a 5.2V input we fixed the regulator and used one that only supports 3 amps, more than enough for an ignition, and put single leads on the regulator.
