I just got a HPI RS4 racer http://www.hpiracing.com/index2.htm and I had two quick questions?
Are the parts for the rs4 racer interchangeable with the HPI evo or any other car?
Oh one more, how old are these cars?

i will post pictures of the parts that i have later

What rs4 do you have? I never heard of one called "racer"
eletric cars use different parts than nitro. Once you know the real name of your car (evo, 18ss, r40, sprint ect.) go back to the hpi website find the page for that car and click option parts

I got the car for free but it looks like it is missing the entire back half of the car so I am trying to find some parts.

thats a racer2. its the second gen racer from HPI. Its not impossible to find parts for it but it is a little hard. I would recommend looking on ebay for a regular belt driven RS4 and use the rear from that or use the one you have for parts.

ZX, how much do you really want to keep that car? If youre really serious about building that car, I can get you all the parts you need. They will be used but not abused. I just dont want to get you the parts and then you turn around and sell the car for a profit. That just wouldnt be right. I have about 6 of those cars in parts just sitting around. The rear from a regular rs4 will fit. Just send me a PM and we'll go from there.

it doesn't look like you need too many parts, just a rear diff, engine, and some screws... ?? it's a good base though... some nice alum. parts on there and the graphite...
