THP-21003SPL Thunderpower LiPo Batteries

Help on use of thunder Power LIpos. Read the entire article for specifics.
Thunder Power Battery Review. 11.1 V 2100 mah . I have had no luck with these . The first adventure is that they swelled up on the shelf and were returned to the vendor and replaced,
Dispite using the required BEC and the charging equipment, after one use and a one month layup until I used them again, the voltage dropped to 1 volt or under from the same lot and could not be recharged. (During the use (ONE FLIGHT and each one was used for only five minutes running)

All articles I read said that these li Po batteries should hold voltages better than other forms of batteries . This is not the case with ThunderPower LIPOS! I was told that I could not allow these to drop below 10 volts by the Thunder-Power staff and that I would have to land the plane and test the voltage and recharge if it dropped below 10 volts!


Well I must be doing something wrong so here is the list of the equipment that I used and all is new and operating to spec. Can someone help here? Who is wrong and the best Thunderpower would do is charge me for one battery for 2. I think they were defective and they should have been replaced free of charge?
