I heard good things about LRP products, the term bullet proof was used to describe them. Well I have a word to describe their customer service....HORRIBLE! here is the story..... I bought an A.I runner ESC, it worked great at first, and suddenly decided to go up in a puff of smoke. The equipment i was using and the application of the ESC was well under the max ratings for that ESC. So I sent it in for a warranty repair. After 3-4 e-mails with no response i moved to phone calls, 2-4 phone calls later over the span of 2 weeks I finally get hold a live person. I was then informed that they would replace the ESC, COOL right?? Well that was Well over 2 weeks ago,.......NO phone calls, no e-mails, No new ESC in my mail box......to date....NOTHING.[:@] I do not get frustrated easily, but this has gone one way to long and taken way to much effort on my part in deal ing with a faulty product. I know the power of Internet forums, thus my post. I am hoping that someone from LRP, of Team Associated gets wind of this and takes the appropriate action to correct this problem. thank you all for letting me vent
