Well it's going to smoke more on a cold day then on a nice warm or hot day. You richen it up on cold day, the only way it's not going to smoke as much is if you dont richen it up and run it lean then you will have some problem's.

But as savagejim said re-break-in is totally useless

i agree with what everybody else is saying, there is no break in really, but why it has been suggested for many centuries is basicly an easy way to explain to somebody when changing fuel, you need to monitor your motor as it will need to be tuned, shimmed, new plug, whatever the case is., as most people think just throw in the new fuel and go all out with no worries, as that is not true, then again why didnt they just say that? lol who knows, i have changed from trinity 30% to OD 30%, never did a break in, engine is running just fine and its over its 10 gallon mark,. all i did was tune for performance, checked my temps afterwards, i have always been between 190-240, never aimed for such temps, thats just where my engine falls when its tuned for performance.

just like how everybody has opinions on this theory, i couldnt imagine what theories can be brought up if somebody mentions their own break in methods lol well TRUE break in methods, like when you have a new engine type deal lol
