I ordered a brushless inrunner on Jan 2nd by that evening it showed shipped. The delivery date was the Jan 9th according to emails I received. I checked the UPS website and they state that billing information has been received?? Is it shipped or not. Speaking of shipping why does it cost $11.64 to ship a b20 inrunner motor. Must have been an expensive box!!! The only reason I tried you guys is a member of our club was happy with his experience. I realize things go wrong but......There seems to be alot of complaints about orders. Somethings needs done. Could someone please check out my order for 1 motor and see if it is going out, or has gone out. Heres my order #14648. Thanks, Greg

Subject YAK-52 -55" wing
First you did a good job on the instruction manual this time.
Second the hardware package is a desaster ,no hex nuts for the bolts,no set screws for the wheel collers,no tail wheel wire,& no spinner
(my first YAK had a spinner)also the tail end of the fusalage where the stalizer fits in was not glued together and was crooked. Stab was not parallel with the wing, had to sand like mad to get it to even come close to parallel with the wing, also the hing material is so stiff its tough to bend and that puts a bigger drain on servos & battery. I still think its a good looking bird and just the right size for my needs.

By the way what happed to the $50.00 credit you said I would get on my next purchase? this is my third buy from you...heres the order numberfrom the first YAK...yhst-17210252890263-7917.......Lee

PM me the emails about the $50...I'll get an answer from the mfg regarding your concerns

I will check on your order today...will give u a reply soon after...the UPS charge is based on UPS's minimun 1lb charge (which is the actual rate we are being billed)....the reason for the $11.64 is because it's a special route for UPS to take going to your home since i assuem your area is pretty remote

Can someone from the Nitroplanes staff please update me on the status of orders : 14411 and 14785? I have received very short (and unhelpful) responses via email and no one answers the phones or returns messages.

Are the orders on backorder?
Is shipping delayed because of the holiday?
When are these items estimated to ship?

As many others on this forum, I will be contacting my credit card fraud division this week if I do not get a succinct plan to ship me my order.

- Aaron

I will check on your order today and PM you the status shortly....

There seems to be alot of complaints about orders.

Thanks, Greg

Considering the volume they must do, in spite of being a small shop, the number of complaints is TINY given the postings here.

You should see the ratios on forums/sites for other manufacturers.

That's not to imply that there may be issues needing attention though.

Nitrostaff1, you maybe correct on the shipping because I am not in a bigger city. Ups delivers out past my house everyday, one way in and one way out. I will have to check that out more. I generally ship Usps priority so I cant argue that.

I certainly have no complaint about the quality of the models or delivery time. In this case, I was simply shipped the wrong model and paid $10 too much for it. Last week I ordered the “White C-160 Transall Scale Nitro Gas Radio Remote Control Twin Engine RC Airplane” with a Sale price: $199.00.
I actually received the “CMP C-160 Transall White 2x25 - 72" ARF Nitro Gas Radio Remote Controlled Twin Engine RC Boeing Plane” with a Sale price: $189.95.

I didn’t order, nor want the grey and white C-160, but the rather all white version. I really didn't want the version shipped to me and noticed my desired color scheme was sold out. By the time I spend $30-40 return shipping and wait for my original ordered model, the great low prices will have been negated. I hope this can be resolved; I want my next order to be the Seawind.

I just don't believe it. An order I placed with parent company RaidenTech on December 16th just showed up at my door. I cancelled the order after 2 weeks of no activity and no shipment notification and put the charge in dispute with the credit card company. RaidenTech told me if it did not arrive by Christmas I would be issued a refund. They were told unquestionably to cancel the order, yet it shows up 25 days after it was originally ordered. I had already obtained something else in place of the cancelled order with another dealer. Someone apparently does not understand the word "No."

I got the c-160 transall, the cream and white one and it is impossible to see in flight of course my eyes are not what they used o be but no one else can see it eiher except for the plane it is so big that is not a problem so i covered the undneith of mine yellow and on the inside buy the fuse with black and white checkers and the leading edge was done with a red as that was wha i had on hand and now i can see it, i always had to tip a wing before, if it is the same plane as mine i did not use the nacelle covers and pay only the shipping there yours but i have given them away twice and no one has sent any money yet and that was a few months ago i still have them if anyone wants them 10 dollars should take care of the shipping if not i will throw the rest in if less your change will be inside of the box with the covers, rollie

Appears that nitroplanes records show my order was shipped out last friday, only problem is they cannot find tracking info through UPS either. Nitrostaff1 stated if UPS does not show tracking on it today 1/11/07 then they will ship another one out USPS (hopefully priority) and reimburse me the extra for UPS. Sounds good, hopefully they stick by their word. I will just have to wait and see!

Since my last posting about Nitroplanes, a "fill it or kill it" E-Mail to them, a contact with my Credit card Co, and a caustic Yahoo questionnaire response, I received the item purchased in mid-Dec. It's too bad that I felt the need to make such a fuss. Commercially, NP has fulfilled it's obligation to me, and the matter is closed. Squeaky wheels can be avoided with preventative and routine maintenance, and maybe NP has realized that. With it's ever expanding product line, that I see on it's website, it's office/support responsibilities have increased too. Maybe that will benefit future customers and NP accordingly.

Raidentech is another matter altogether.

I don't believe that they are being addressed here.

The Nitrostaff and the Raidentech people are not the same apparently.

Too bad customer service does not work through the phone, voice mail or e-mail.

It seems the only resolution is posting it here.

yhst-17210252890263-13674 - ordered on 12/19/06

Check it out and let me know the status and plan to expedite/substitution?

Eric

AFAIK SOME of their product is being shipped from the same location, but the people I've talked to there indicate that they are not in the same building or area.

The cross shipment may be when RT has a plane that NP sold, but NP has it out of stock.

NP has stated here that while Raidentech is their parent company, they have no control over what Raidentech does.

Yes, I know RaidenTech and NP are not the same company, NP is the spinoff company. I would put money on there is still a relationship there, but who knows? They both seem to suffer the same problems. Maybe the Customer Support division handles both companies? Who knows? I was a bit PO'd about an order I had cancelled 1o days ago showing up. I guess I was just taking it out on the keyboard.
I need to go and see if there is a forum on E-Sky's Lama V3. Mine just came crashing down from about 50 up today for no apparent reason. I cannot find the stabilizer weights from the upper rotors and was wondering if they flew off in mid-flight and caused the crash. I am going elsewhere to research this.

I have placed 2 parts orders a day apart with NP and sent them an e-mail asking them to combine the orders for shipping purposes. It was noted with the first order that the order would ship in 2-3 days. Why does it take that long? I also noted in the second order that I had 2 orders and wanted to combine the second order with the first. I guess we will find out if they actually read their email. Just in case they don't, I will repeat the request here: Please combine for shipping purposes orders # 15243 and #15284. I sent the email to the attention of Nitrostaff1, so maybe I will get an answer.
