As I understand, the tractor is 2wheel drive and smaller than what we have been using in the past.The tractor is also used by the equestrian program. I am trying to have use of it the last 2 weekends of the month. Lots of material prep. to be done when it is delivered next Saturday. Thirsday is track work night for next sunday raceday. Rick and I are considering changing track day to Saturday mornings, if this can improve volunteer participation. Give your opinions on this matter.

Yes I think Saturdays would be better then Thursdays.

Saturday track work, sounds good, How about breakfast at 7am and track work 8am to noon.???
Crash wall materal should come Sat. at around 12 or 2 pm. Need some help unloading the meterals.

Crash wall materials have arrived. There is 200 feet of crash wall to be painted and installed. Hope to have the tractor next week end,depending on if it is available to us then. If so, we can pull some pipe on the north side Thursday for tractor work on Saturday and Sunday. The next race day is the first Sunday of December, this should give us time to get some work done. Because we have had recent vandalism, we have to board up and lock the timing box. There is alot of other projects to be done also. Please show your support and come out and volunteer. A list will be made of volunteer's, so we can notify you of work days and times.

tractor at the track
Track changes begin on Friday at 3 pm. remove pipe soak track
Saturday and Sunday 8 am. tractor and rock removal, graiding, tilling and packing.
Everyone come out and help!!! The more who help the faster the work will get done.

Track condition is slushy slurpy under 9 inches of crusty snow, as of thursday. Hope it is melted and gone by sunday.
