i have heard that the chrome top does but i am personally going to pick up the new ofna truggy box if u look at it its the same as the losi box which is perfect for the losi8t but the big advantages the ofna has is that it has larger 775 cans instead of the 550s the losi has ! check it out at ofna.com or amainhobbies all the sites have it

That is the exact box I have Rhino and it has no problems at all on my .21 Go Tech 7port on the 8T. The mod is really easy and only takes a few minutes. You just need to move the motor mounts to the middle of the box and then grind of a piece of plastic on one of the guides to let it move out further. There is a great post with pics if I can find it that I used to mod mine.

Nah 12v motors are used to start airplane motors of all sizes and 1/10 and 1/8 scale ground vehicals.

The ofna chrome top comes with a 12v motor, Thats the one I use

Big 12V motor's are ushally used as Nose Cone Starter's for Big CC planes...the Ofna Chrome top with the blue base is i think THE only box that actually comes with that motor....everything else is dual 550's or 775's...imo everything's basically the same...any box will start a motor if its set-up right....it all comes down to the pegs...if they are out a hair or can walk when trying to start the truck its never gonna hold and will always be a hassle to start it....Overly tight motor's are a Pain no matter how u look at it.....Fortunatly i Never have to deal with this issue as ALL my motor's see the break in bench first to releive some of the metel to metal pinch Race mills have these days.

yes thats the battery u want.

break in bench's rely on a prop as its load....and being constant tends to break in the motor's a little faster....also being RIGHT there to tune tweek and Hear Exactly what the motor's doing is really nice...the only downside is the noise...pending on the pipe u rig up its a little hard on the ears....ive been doing this for a good year now with Great suscess...all my race mills see the bench first and Ive never had Issues at the track on race day....guys with 20+ tanks on there tight race mills are Still fighting the Pinch while were outta that Pinch zone about 4-5 tanks on the bench....break in bench's are the Cats A@@ imo....it also takes some skill to know how to use it in the first place tho.
