Nice 8t.

I was wondering what setup's you guys use when racing your 8t. I'm going to purchase some silicone fluid and some shock oils and I want some ideas of what you guys are running and what works well. I'm thinking of using 7,10,5k for the truck and putting a higher weight oil in the shocks. What yall think?

i run 7,20,5 front to rear and 40wt in the front shocks and 30wt in the rear with 56 shock pistons all the way around but if you see my track and compair it to yours you will have to make adjustments

i use my RR bell's...but u could get away with a Ofna 3 hole vented....and for shoes...it Reallly depends on the motor and track conditions...i would honestly call up mitch and inquire to what he thinks.

I'm about to put silicone oil into my diffs. What is the best way of doing this? Do I just clean out all the grease and jam it full of silicone?

Also, is there ever a need to refill or add more shock oil? I assume over time that it leaks and such.
