Status: offline 		The six holes are drilled with the hub mounted to my rotary table. They are used to "index" the hub while I'm machining the slots in the hub.

Status: offline 		Another way to make 4 grooves...Drill a prop bolt hole exactly in the middle of a 2" square block. Put the prop hub on the engine...Bolt the square block on the end of the hub...Clamp the hub in your mill vise, use a 1/2" ball end mill to make grooves in the hub...

Status: offline 		Even another way or two is to use hex or square collet blocks. leave just enough material on one end or the other of the hub, insert it in the collet block and clamp it in the vise. use a machinists jack under the hub for support. Mill a slot and turn or index the block. Have also done the same thing with my Yuasa spin indexer.

Status: offline 		I stopped at Sears today and they had a 55cc saw on clearance. It was used, but probably minimally. I might be interested in doing a conversion, but don't know much about it. Does anyone have any input?

It sounds like I need a carb adapter? What is that for?

Where can I get a prop hub? I don't have a lathe or machine tools.

I would like to go with an electronic ignition. Is the ss the way to go? What others are there?

WHat about a muffler?

WHat else?
