It's a water bottle ($1.50), capacity is 4L. Fit perfectly, didn't even need to anchor it. Don’t recall the brand, but I can go back to the store and take a look. I plan to fill to 3L and fly for 7-9 minutes. Still need to balance the jet though.

If it survives the first flight, I was planning on doing one of two things. First would be to paint the back seat canopy area silver so you wouldn't be able to see the fuel tank. For the front half, I would make the cockpit and put a pilot in there. Second was to paint the entire canopy silver. We’ll see.

I'm using the stock tank, but I moved mine rearwards and up on the 'shelf' of the wing so it sits right against the intakes (closer to the C/G), kinda like Airforce7 has his.

Buy doing this I couldn't use the full closed-in tub of the rear seat, but I don't mind that.

You could also put an "IFR curtain" in the back seat.

I'm planning on using the stock tank but then adding the extra F-16 tank that Mike Lin sells to supplement the fuel capacity. My T-45 will have a pilot in the front only, but I'd like to keep some semblence of a cockpit in the back.

I made a few more modifications after my first ground runs and taxi testing. I found the fuselage area around the turbine (P-80) exhaust and pipe to be very hot. I added some flight metal on the inside and moved the turbine closer to the pipe by about a 1/2 inch. I opened the exhaust dimple on the hatch cover right over the turbine exhaust area.

I added a photo showing where I brought the airlines and the servo leads from the wing into the fuselage. There is still room to add a round 16 oz fuel tank for the smoke fluid in that area. Just about ready to fly this jet, couple more issues with the gear and doors to sort out.

145 on the cg dont you mean 120 to 125 on the cg. Ken what is flight time with your tank
