lol, got the nerfs!! now it's down to this or the Xray NT18MT RTR... I think the xray comes with better quality electronics though.. But i do love kyosho quality..

well the servos in this 09 are impressive. They are quick and powerful and 3 wire. Don't get me wrong I would never leave them to chance in a race.....in with the hitec's.

Once my glow plugs get hee I will post another vid. Oh yeah....glow plugs are 10.00 a piece for this little guy! Holy Crap! I ordered 3 hot and 3 cold and they came to 65.00. I will try to tune it properly with prices like that!

so far it does but only on tank 4 right now. Few more to finish break in. It seems like it will fly once I can be sure it is broken in properly.

Oh well, I was hoping to get a few people into these to race, but if they lack performance I doubt anyone will be interested. I was looking for an alternative class so some friends and I wouldnt have to travel forever to race.

Oh they are plenty fast to race. The question was could their electric brothers beat them.....of course they can. A stock one no. BL kmi whoops up on most anything at the track.

Could they race on the same size track or are they better suited for more 1/10 scale size tracks? How well do they corner?

I had broken in mine and ran in a motocross like construction site, hard packed surface and this thing is fast and monster torque although the clutch looks cheesy. I have mounted crime fighters to it and the feeling is like foam tires. I had lots of fun with about 450cc. The feeling is like a nitro buggy with .30 modified engine.
