kenali, unscrew the cap where the red arrow is. Drain out the oil thats in the shock. Then replace it with the heavier oil. As you add the oil slowly move the piston up and down to get all the air bubbles out. Be careful not to over fill the shock or you'll have trouble closing it.

Oh I see. Do you know the stock oil is lighter or heavier? Do you think 50wt is good for my Viper or too much?

The stock oil is probably lighter. I think 50 would be a good weight. You might want to just check with your LHS to see what they think for your weather conditions up there. It also depends on the way you drive and the terrain you are driving on. Its fairly easy to change the oil if it ends up being too heavy or too light.

Where can I find a good air filter for my Viper? Also can the brake adjust?

The stock air filter isnt bad. Just be sure to oil to lower filter.
Here is a another option http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-HPI-NITRO-MT2-Air-Filter-3-0-Engine_W0QQitemZ150224722903QQihZ005QQcategoryZ34061QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

The brake can be adjusted by turning the screw on the end of the shaft. You should tighten just enough that the wheels still roll freely without any drag.

The brake adjustment screw is where the pen tip is. Just turn this screw to tighten it up to the point where the tires start to drag. Then back it off a little so they spin freely

Its a fuel filter. Just like on your regular car. Its there to catch anything that might get into the fuel tank before it gets to the carb.
