Isn’t Himoto the same thing as Redcat? There is a whole thread on Redcat here but you never can have too much support. Are you affiliated with Himoto?

But himoto is here to help all of the people who need are help and products. We sell at A very good price and stand behind or parts. So any help we can give we are here to please and take care of your parts needs and tech support too

Status: offline 		All of the up grades that are on A redcat are from us as you are right about that the base of the cars are the same but there is difference it's just like ford and lincon same maker two products and we are comming out with A truggys soon and other items that are only made by himoto check out the web site it's himotoracing.com and you willl see that we are two totally different company check it out

Status: offline 		I agree you are two different companies just like Wall mart and K Mart but they sell the same brands. Now is there a Himoto USA? Not trying to argue just trying to get the correct information is all. I know that all the parts on the two different companies are interchange able. Correct me if I am wrong.

Status: offline 		i had a old school cen that would take hpi parts ,and the price was right ..but isnt himoto that stuff that pops up all over ebay when you type anything rc ---i hate that it makes them sem fleamarket like ...

Where all the parts interchangeable or only some with the HPI parts. So Redcat is not made by Himoto and have no afflation with each other?

Status: offline 		Yes you have it right they are two diffrent companys and if you go to exportpro.com, they are just A distributor you know A seller of himoto the best place is himotoracing.com. Do you own one? Or have you driving one? I drive the 1/10 scale on road car it's great. And I drive 1/10 buggy and the 1/8 buggy with .28-p SH engine very nice and fast very fast.

Status: offline 		I understand they are two different companies but are they made by the same manufacture? I know XTM, Sportsworks, LRP and many others engines have different names on them but are all made by SH. That is what I am trying to find out if the same manufacture makes both Redcat and Himoto. No I do no have either Redcat or Himoto.

Status: offline 		Is ford and lincon made by the same company? Yes but there are diffrent in some ways all of the upgrades are made by himoto and himoto only and put on the red cat cars by them. And himoto is comming out with A truggy and they have the wing, and other items so I hope this clears it up for you and look on himotoracing.com from time to time to see the new items. thank you.
