No, to keep the same amount of Torque, you would need to go lower then 19T.
I am not sure the motor you have chosen will allow mounting of a 17T pinion.
The Motor needs to have Dual mounting positions like the TZ and RZ and a Few other motors have..

I am not sure the S-600 has these holes..

my future plans are to use the stock 19t or new 21t pinion, with a Titan 550 23 turn motor with a 12 or 14 cell batt good for over 14.4volts. if i have done my research proplary this should be a unbeatable combo. my current ESC should take it but just need to get the motor, cheepest i can find so far $$67.00 then just need to make a battery

how's finally got my front lower alloy arms, yay! & thay nearly fitted perfectly butt... all i needed to do was file the chassis a tiny bit, re-drill the hole in the stock shockers & greese the shafts. Hows would you wouldent belive i. but, I put the plastic arm on my scales & it read 15g, hummm.... then i put the alloy one on it IT READ 15g's i couldent belive it!!! so i did it 3 more time & thay both keept on saying 15g. wow i really dident expect that.

hows might be getting a 2nd hand unused titan real cheap... im also thinking about buying a bulk pack of heatsink's with fans if anyone wants one wholesale. oh yeah im lost on the battery, dont know if the one i want will fit. could allways go lipo and mount on the top of the chassis

I am still a tad shocked by this but my V2 Conquered THE ROCK!
http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=i8vG0c2-sbI

The Rock is around 2 metres tall, may be a tad taller.. Its a rather nasty thing to try and tackle...

My V2 in this Vid has a Red and Silver MT2 Shell modded to fit my Bonzer...

My Mates V3 was unable to climb the rock.. he tried but it is a really hard object to try and climb...

Bonzers are very capable offroaders...

You could always go 2200mah 3s and mount it in the original battery spot that's where we put em and that's how we race em in 1/10th unlimited

Hi guys,

I recently bought a used Bonzer truck off ebay (I think its V3). I have been reading this thread with great interest over last few days as it is a fantastic resource for anyone that owns this truck. A big thank you to all those that posted with advice as its proved very helpful for me. At the moment the bit on my steering servo that holds the tie rods is broken so I cant do much till the one I ordered arrives. Since I know nothing about rc cars it will be interesting trying to replace it. I was thinking of ordering the alloy suspension parts as well while I am taking it apart but I think I will wait till I get this bit fit it and try the truck out first. I will post some pics and other info later when I figure out how to lol. Just one request if anyone has the owners manual for this truck and can e-mail me a copy oradvise me where to get it I would really appreciate it at the moment I am using a wild dagger diagram for guidance but there are small differences so having the right manual would make life easier.

Hey Sunnymale glad to see you made it...

Downloading a Tamiya TL-01 Manual will be great assistance as thats essentially what your Bonzer is, an Onroad TL-01 with Wild Dagger suspension and Rims.

OK If it is the part where the red arrow is Pointing : You will need to Order Tamiya #50736 Which is TL-01 B-parts..
If it is the Steering arms, where the purple Arrows are, then It will be the C-parts #0005688
