Which gears? The spur gears on your 2-speed or the differential gears?

If you keep stripping SPUR GEARS, you need to adjust your gear mesh. Loosen the engine mount screws and move the engine until the clutch bell and spur gears have a very small amount of play between them. Then threadlock the engine screws and put them in tight.

Its the spur gears, and i can not do that because the hole where the screw goes in is so small that the screws can not move to the side, and next to the screw holes is another pare of holes that are much bigger but i can not fit my engine screws in there.

Ok, yours probably uses the tapered engine holes, from what I understand by reading this. Just buy the engine mount that will use the other pair of mounting holes (as hpi apollo said) and adjust away...

It should be no more than $10.

if you have the nitro star .15, you cant use the engine mounts, the engine has the mount built onto it so they wont work, i just swapped my hpi .15 for an os .18 cv-r and had to buy the mounts to put the os engine in and use the elongated screw holes on the chassis, the hpi .15 is in a fix position on the rs4 3 evo. maybe your cluch bell has a problem??

Yeah, with the original engine, there really is nothing to adjust. The mounts are on the engine and it would be almost imposible to move either the spur gears or the way the engine sits unless you made the holes bigger or slotted.
