I have the cellpro 4s charger and when I charge my lipos in the morning to fly the charger goes into a cold weather balancing and charges it to 90%. I fly my plane at the deesert when I go dirt bike riding so the only good time to fly is morning or evening because its usually a little windy during the day. The temp is probably in the 50-50's in the morning when I fly

1. Should I charge them inside were its warm to a full charge and then go fly.
2. Charge them inside to 90% and go fly.
3. Charge them inside or outside with a one of those little heat pads and strap the pad to the battery when I fly.
