The extra gear was for the Semi kits. You can get metal gears but I can't remember where.

this might sound like a dumb question, but instead of painting the body, could i just dye it the colour i want it, i want kind of a dull green and i'm not worried about the shine of an enamel.i know you can dye nylon, but could i dye abs plastic?

I dunno about styrene, really. I don't know what the gear is for, probably the semis. I want to get the RC4WD 1.9 beadlocks, I'll see...

Nope, they are not the same width, they have the same bore

Width x Outside Diameter x Bore

1260 = 6 x 12 x 4
1150 = 5 x 11 x 4
1050 = 5 x 10 x 4
850 = 5 x 8 x 2.5

All are in Metric.

It is inside diameter x outside diameter x width

ie 6mm ID x 12mm OD x 4mm width.

Try it, measure it yourself.

Your truck looks good. I've never seen a Junfac front skid, but I know that the aluminum chassis and BruiserBuilder wheels are nice upgrades. Do you feel like it performs differently/better with the aluminum chassis or is it more of an aesthetic modification?
